ABOUT ANNETTE
Dr. Annette Bradford is a Japan Foundation Indo-Pacific Partnership Program Fellow researching the implementation of maritime security capacity-building activities. Annette also consults for Oxford EMI, a leading consultancy and training organization for higher education internationalization and English-medium Instruction (EMI) teacher professional development. She is based in Tokyo, Japan.
Annette is known for her work in the field of internationalization of higher education and English-medium education, particularly as it relates to Japan. She is available for consulting, speaking engagements, or academic editing.
